1999年，美国坎布里奇水务科技公司成立，专事CoMag磁混凝澄清工艺； 
2008年，成立坎布里奇水务科技(北京)有限公司，从事CoMag在中国的业务；
2012年，更名坎布里奇环保科技(北京)有限公司，继续CoMag磁混凝澄清池及环保事业；
CoMag磁混凝澄清池是革命性的新技术，其超快的沉淀速度、完美的沉淀效果、卓越的除磷效果、低廉的处理成本，必将带动中国的水处理技术走向新台阶，同时提升水处理行业效益和技术水平。
CoMag磁混凝澄清池工艺已被EPA美国环境保护署推荐作为除磷技术和深度处理新技术。首个CoMag磁混凝澄清池工程于2007年初在美国正式运行。
HDMS was used for WWT by MIT in 90s;
Cambridge Water Technology was found in USA in 1999 for CoMag, using the principle of HDMS;
Cambridge Water Technology China was found in 2008, and Chinese Name was changed to Cambridge Environmental China for wide business in China.
Due to the super performance for TSS & TP removal, rapid settling speed, and low operating cost, CoMag will be widely used and take the technology of water treatment to a new level.
CoMag is recommended in USEPA Nutrient Removal Guidance Manual for TP removal. The first CoMag engineering was operated in Concord in 2007.
